What Is a Private Kyoto Day Tour Like? A Licensed Guide's Report on Kiyomizu-dera and Sightseeing

The guests were a group visiting from North America. Originally the group had planned to skip lunch, but after finishing at Kiyomizu-dera Temple, some of the guests appeared tired, so we took a break and had lunch. For shopping, the guests bought various small items, including some Kiyomizu-yaki pottery. One of the guests tried lifting the iron staff that had been relocated to the entrance of Kiyomizu-dera Temple, but was unable to lift it. In the end, since we were running short on time, we skipped the visit to the tea shop, and as some of the guests seemed a little tired, I escorted them back to their hotel and concluded the tour there.
