What Is a Private Kyoto Family Tour Like? A Licensed Guide's Report
I received the first reply email shortly after 6:00 this morning. The offer had come in for the group, and after meeting up, I confirmed today's itinerary with them. Although I had sent a tentative itinerary in advance, we reviewed the plan for the day once we met. The guests came from North America. Since they preferred vegetarian Indian food, we went to an Indian restaurant on the way from Fushimi Inari to Kinkaku-ji. I kept the explanations concise and paced the tour so it would not drag. Originally the plan was to finish at a shopping street, but the group grew tired, so in the end we returned to the Hotel.
