Tour Itinerary in Detail
Meeting at 45 minutes late, meet at Minamiza at 11:45, the group explored Kyoto until the tour ended at 15:00. The day ran to 3 hours and 15 minutes from start to finish. It included lunch in Gion at 12:00.
The itinerary covered Gion at 13:00, Ninenzaka & Sannenzaka at 13:30 and Kiyomizu-dera Temple at 14:00.

The guests were visitors from North America on a trip to Japan.
Before the tour, they had visited Fushimi Inari on their own, and since it took longer than expected, they arrived late for our meeting. About 30 minutes before the tour was scheduled to start, they contacted me to let me know they would be late.
They had not eaten breakfast and were hungry after climbing Inariyama, so I first guided them to lunch. Since they had a tea ceremony reservation at 15:00, I guided them to that establishment and concluded the tour there.
The entire tour was done on foot, so no public transportation was used.

Kuni-san was an excellent guide and very friendly and knowledgable. Kuni-san greatly assisted with meeting one of our family member medical needs on the day and was very helpful in supporting us and changing the itinerary and assisting our family member.
I would HIGHLY recommend Kuni-san as a guide and this tour defintely met our needs as a group of 4.
