Title: What Is a Private Kyoto Walking Tour Like? A Licensed Guide's Report

The tour was for a group visiting from North America. The pace was fairly relaxed, but we managed to see many places without taking too many breaks. Along the way, one of the guests wanted a kokeshi doll, so we stopped at a shop. Some of the guests did not seem particularly interested in temples, shrines, or various topics and did not join in the conversation much, but at a character goods store on Ninenzaka their eyes really lit up. At the end, the guests wanted to eat ramen, so I guided them to a ramen restaurant, where we parted ways.
