What Is a Private One-Day Kyoto Tour Like? A Licensed Guide's Report
The guest was visiting from North America and had a free-spirited approach to travel, journeying to various places to fish for large fish on a bucket list. Upon arriving at Kyoto Station, the guest wanted a quick and simple meal, so we stopped at a conveyor-belt sushi restaurant in the station building before starting the tour. It was a very fast-paced four-day trip that included one day in Tokyo and one day in Kyoto. The guest did not seem particularly interested in history, but during the short time available, made sure to secure souvenirs, buying chopsticks on Ninenzaka and perfume on Sannenzaka. It was an extremely hot day, so we drank plenty of water.
