What Can You See on a Private Kobe Tour? A Licensed Guide's Report

The guests were a group visiting from Oceania. At Nunobiki Herb Garden they enjoyed ice cream and walked to the mid-station. As they did not want to walk very much, we took a taxi to the Hakutsuru Sake Brewery Museum, where they listened attentively to the story of sake brewing. We returned by taxi to Ikuta Shrine, where a prayer ceremony happened to be taking place, and we observed the ritual. On the way to Chinatown we had ramen at Ippudo, then took a taxi to Chinatown and I introduced the underground shopping area of Daimaru. The original schedule had included a visit to Harborland, but since the guests did not want to walk, I confirmed the last shuttle bus and, as they planned to meet the rest of their group at Daimaru, we ended the tour.
