Private Kobe Day Tour Report: Herb Garden, Sorakuen, and Nankinmachi with a Licensed Guide

Today's guests were visitors from North America on their first trip to Japan. After meeting at the Kobe Port Terminal, we traveled by train and ropeway to the Kobe Nunobiki Herb Garden, then visited Sorakuen Garden, and finally walked through the Motomachi shopping arcade to Nankinmachi (Chinatown), where the tour concluded.

The rain that had fallen from the previous night into the early morning had stopped, but due to heavy fog, the view from the Herb Garden was not very good. Even so, the guests enjoyed themselves, taking many photos of the flowers, soaking their feet in the herb footbath, and ringing the bell of vows.

Sorakuen Garden, which we visited afterward, had beautiful azaleas and other flowers in full bloom, and the guests took their time enjoying photography. Indeed, Sorakuen was lovely today. We then walked to the Motomachi shopping arcade and Nankinmachi, and the tour concluded near the shuttle bus stop bound for the Port Terminal. The guests kindly thanked me.
