What's a Private Day Tour of Kobe Like? A Licensed Guide's Report

Today's guests were a group visiting Japan for the first time from North America. After meeting at JR Sannomiya Station, we visited the Kobe Nunobiki Herb Garden, Ikuta Shrine, took a break at a long-established coffee house, then went to Sorakuen Garden and had lunch at a sushi restaurant in Kobe Motomachi, ending the tour at the Motomachi shopping arcade.

It was an extremely cold day today. The Herb Garden was especially cold because of the strong wind, so we hurried along, stopping to take photos at various points. We also ended up visiting cafés and restaurants more often. I imagine the guests found it cold as well. When I asked for their impressions after the tour, they said it was "good," but I suspect their honest feeling was that it was "cold."
