- 11:20-11:55 Move to Tanga Market (JR + Monorail)
- 11:55-12:45 Stroll around Tanga Market + Lunch
- 12:45-13:00 Walk to Kokura Castle Garden
- 13:00:14:10 Tea ceremony experience + Tour of the garden and exhibition room
- 14:10-14:25 Move to Kokura Castle through the grounds of Yasaka Shrine
- 14:25-14:50 Kokura Castle
- After that, assist with currency exchange at the bank, and the tour ends after the guests board the train bound for Mojiko at Kokura Station

The guests were a very lovely group visiting from Oceania. They seemed extremely interested in Tanga Market and took many photos there. They were delighted with how delicious the tuna was at lunch, and even boasted to fellow cruise passengers they met during the tour that they had never tasted such delicious tuna before. They were also very satisfied with the tea ceremony experience, enjoying whisking and tasting the tea. They showed interest in Kokura-ori textiles and kintsugi as well, listening attentively to the explanations. At the final stop, Kokura Castle, they seemed a little tired, so we rested at the café on the top floor before heading to Kokura Station.

Hallo, my name is Chiharu Horigome. I am a national government-licensed guide interpreter. I was born in Beppu City, Oita Prefecture, and living in Kitakyushu City, Fukuoka Prefecture. I lived for 42 years in Chiba City until April 2023, during that time I worked as a volunteer guide for Narita Airport transit tours. I studied chemistry at university and have over 20 years of experience as a chemical patent translator, so I can also assist with factory tours. My specialty is Japanese culture, especially the tea ceremony, which I have been familiar with since I was a child. In addition, I have a license for kimono dressing.
