What Is a Private Kawagoe Day Tour Like from Tokyo? A Licensed Guide's Report
It was the final day in Japan for the guests from North America. Unfortunately it rained, but they had been looking forward to the Kawagoe tour. The Seibu Line was not crowded, so we spent the ride talking about many things, including everyday life in Japan. In Kawagoe, the guests were delighted by how lovely the old townscape was. Because of the rain, we used taxis to get around within Kawagoe. We also visited Kashiya Yokocho, where they enjoyed the traditional candy shops and local specialties such as imo kenpi and other sweets, and for lunch we went to have yakisoba, which had become a favorite dish during the stay in Japan.

Yuki was awesome. She reached out right after we made our reservation, inquired about our interests and provided a customized itinerary. She guided us to six different venues using public transportation over the course of six hours and was very professional, flexible and informative. I highly recommend her services especially for first time visitors.
