Title: What Is a Private Kamakura Tour from Yokohama Like? A Licensed Guide's Report

The guest was a visitor from North America. They had arrived that morning at a hotel in the Kannai area from a cruise ship. Because the Yokohama Line was significantly delayed, I took an alternative route, contacted the guest along the way, and arrived about 10 minutes late. The guest mentioned that when trying to register Suica on their iPhone, only Japanese instructions were available, so I showed them how to do it through the Apple Wallet, and since everything could be done that way afterward, they experienced how convenient it was. The guest was very talkative, sharing many stories about themselves and their family, and also listened attentively to what I had to say. Since they were full from the meals on the cruise, we did not stop for food or tea along the way. They were not interested in shopping, and the only purchase they made was a miniature of the Great Buddha at Kotoku-in. As we were ahead of schedule, I suggested Yuigahama, and although a very strong wind was blowing, we walked along the beach. The guest seemed satisfied, so I saw them off at the station near their hotel and ended the tour.
