They love flowers and even explained the flowers in the garden to me. They were impressed by the udon served on the Sakurajima ferry. At the Yunohira Observatory, they asked questions about the erosion control dam and why the pine trees had withered. They said that Japanese green tea is good for health and that they drink it every day to help prevent cancer, so I took them to a tea shop before we parted ways.
