- 10:10 Hiroshima Peace Memorial Park (including the Atomic Bomb Dome and the hypocenter)
- 11:10 Hiroshima Peace Memorial Museum
- 12:20 Lunch
- 13:30 To Miyajima via the World Heritage Sea Route
- 14:20 Arrive at Miyajima, the Great Torii Gate and Itsukushima Shrine
- 15:30 Daishoin Temple
- 16:10 Omotesando Shopping Street
- 16:25 Board the ferry
- 16:44 Board the JR at Miyajimaguchi
- 17:15 Arrive at Hiroshima Station
- 17:20 Process Shinkansen tickets at the Midori-no-Madoguchi ticket office
- 17:35 See you off to the Shinkansen gate and the tour ends
What's a Private Guided Tour of Hiroshima and Miyajima Like? A Licensed Guide's Report
The guests were a very friendly and lovely group visiting from North America. They had already visited major destinations such as Tokyo, Hakone, and Kyoto, and they shared many photos while telling me their impressions of Japan. In Hiroshima, they listened intently to explanations about the atomic bombing and what happened at that time, and they viewed the exhibits at the Peace Memorial Museum with great attention. On Miyajima, they remarked how beautiful the place was and thoroughly enjoyed the Great Torii Gate and Itsukushima Shrine. They were wonderful guests who flexibly accepted every suggestion I offered.

Lisa was an excellent tour guide, patient and kind, very informative, we traveled some mass transit and she really helped us navigate as visitors.

Lisa Y. Did an amazing job. We had good communication prior to trip and she customized the tour to fit our interests. The day of she provided a detailed and thorough tour! The food recommendations were great as well. Lunch was amazing and we even stopped for drinks and some amazing maple leaf pancakes.
We would highly recommend this tour and Lisa!!

We had a fantastic day with our local guide Lisa. The tour was well thought out and all transfers and destinations were smooth and enjoyable. Lisa gave us an amazing experience and we would highly recommend this tour to have a full overview of Hiroshima. We enjoyed beautiful fresh oysters and Okonomiyaki in a local setting.
