- 18:25-18:45 Buy souvenirs at Hiroshima Station
- 18:45 Tour ends @ Hiroshima Station
What's a Private Cherry Blossom Tour of Miyajima and Hiroshima Peace Park Like? A Licensed Guide's Report
The guests were visitors from Europe, and throughout the day we spent an enjoyable time talking about many different topics. One of the guests was an avid lover of cherry blossoms — so much so that they display a cherry blossom painting by a well-known artist at home and even have cherry blossom patterned wallpaper. The cherry blossoms were in full bloom on this day, and both the weather and temperature were pleasant. The guests took countless photos at both Miyajima and the Peace Park, and seemed thoroughly delighted, saying these were the most beautiful cherry blossoms they had ever seen. They also had a strong interest in the atomic bombing, and we were able to share the same feelings about it. At the end of the tour, they told me that the guided tour had been very meaningful and had added real depth to their experience, which made me very happy as well.

Our guide for this tour was Tomoyo- to say she was wonderful is an understatement! She picked us up right at the train station and helped us navigate all that Hiroshima has to offer- providing education on World War II, while also showing us how beautiful the city is in its own right. We really enjoyed the Peace Museum and Hiroshima Castle. Highly recommend!

I honestly had an amazing time. I am so grateful for my guide, Tomoyo. I travelled alone
and despite us finishing the exhibits early, Tomoyo had amazing additional options at the
