I guided a group visiting from North America. They requested three destinations: Himeji Castle, Koko-en Garden, and Mount Shosha. Since it would be a fairly tight schedule, I paid careful attention to the amount of time spent at Himeji Castle and Koko-en, as well as the connections between the bus and the ropeway. It was fortunate that we could use the microbus from the Mount Shosha summit station, as it saved us time. I had planned about an hour at Mount Shosha, but as some of the guests were feeling a bit tired and wished to return earlier, we only visited the Maniden Hall before descending, and the tour ended an hour ahead of schedule. They were very friendly, and they asked how the phrase changes when adding "gozaimasu" or not, and practiced the pronunciation of "kawaii" (cute) and "kowai" (scary) many times.
