What Is a Private Day Tour of Himeji Like? A Licensed Guide's Report on Himeji Castle and Engyoji Temple

Today's guests were a group visiting Japan for the first time from North America. We met at Himeji Station and first went to the Castle View, where I explained an overview of Himeji Castle and the historical background of when it was built. After that, we purchased discounted round-trip tickets for the bus and ropeway to the Shosha Ropeway at the Shinki Bus Center, then visited Himeji Castle, Kokoen Garden, and Engyoji Temple on Mount Shosha, before returning to Himeji Station to end the tour.

Today was a day that was neither too hot nor too cold. The sites were moderately crowded, but the guests were all in good spirits and enjoyed sightseeing while taking many photos. As a result, I believe it turned out to be a relatively well-executed tour.
