I think it is a good idea to visit China Town and Confucious Shrine and Spectacle Bridge. I recommend to try Chinese dish Chanpon or Saraudon for lunch or dinner. They are Nagasaki local food with delicious see food . If you are interested in the history of Christianity in Nagasaki I will take you Urakami Church and Ohura church.
Glover Garden is the most popular tourists destination where you can see the panoramic view of Nagasaki port, old and beautiful western style houses . Statue of Madam Butterfly reminds you of the famous opera Madam Butterfly .
There are some ponds with big and pretty coi carp swimming. You can enjoy feeding them.
