I got guide license in2007. Since then I guided cycling tour in Fukuoka city on weekend.
Last year I retired after working 43yearsat the age of 65, since then I guided Fukuoka city Kitakyushu/Shimonoseki, Yanagawa, Takachiho, Nagasaki and so on.
I want to introduce you Japanese history, culture,and natural environment through guiding in English.
Especially I like guiding Buddhist temples,Shinto shrines and historical museums including The Kyushu National Museum in Dazaifu and other historic sites.
As The theme of Kyushu National Museum is cultural exchange between Japan and neighboring countries,I believe the museum is the the best destination to fulfill your intellectual curiosity.

Excellent tour with Takaya. He was very flexible about our planned activities, and make excellent choices on stops we did not know about. Saw shrines, temples, gardens, stopped for an excellent lunch, and got in a special shopping stop for me. Driver was excellent and the van was clean, cool, and able to accommodate our group of six.
