Hello, I live in Nagano City, which is about a 90 minutes Shinkansen ride from Tokyo.
There are many things in Japan that will captivate you, such as its culture, nature, and delicious cuisine.
Through my guidance, I hope to share the things that I find truly delightful, enjoyable, and delicious, and to share in the experience with those who visit from overseas.
As for my hobbies,
“Fishing”: I go on fishing boats in Joetsu, Niigata to catch seasonal fish such as red snapper and swordfish. The fish that I catch and cook myself is exquisite! And it goes well with sake and wine.
“Skiing”: Nagano has many ski resorts. I go there seeking majestic snowscapes and an exhilarating feeling.
“Sake and Wine”: Nagano has plenty of delicious sake and wine. It tastes even better when you imagine the face of the person who made it while drinking.
“Hiking and Walking around Town”: I enjoy strolling around areas with a rich history and landscapes filled with seasonal beauty, taking my time to enjoy the view.
