Hi, my name is Megumi Hadeishi. I was born in Hiroshima prefecture, and later went to Tokyo to study at university. After I graduated the university, I joined the Ford Motor Company, and after that I joined the airline, which was based in Hong Kong, and had been working as a cabin attendant and worked until first class purser. During that time, I went to many countries in Asia, Europe & others. I have always enjoyed meeting with people from different countries. After that I joined the Mazda related company and doing translation or English related jobs, and worked for 20 years, and retired at the end of last year.
I got the English tour guide certificate in 2017, and I now enjoy showing overseas guests around the city of Hiroshima, such as Peace Park, Atomic Bomb Dome, Miyajima, Shukkeien(Japanese garden), Hiroshima castle, etc. In my free time, I like to exercise, I go to gym 3 times a week, and enjoying exercise and sauna. And, I also joined the club to study about guiding and sometimes go to many places such as Saijyo, Fukuyama etc. together with the other members and learn how to guide. I am really looking forward to meeting with you to Hiroshima, the city that you should visit.
