Hello, my name is Mika Onishi from Kyoto. For guests interested in tea, I take the guests to visit the city of Uji, famous for the birthplace of Japanese green tea, and offer a tea ceremony experience and other tea experience course. For those who would like to try making your own pottery, I will be happy to offer Asahiyaki pottery, which has over 400 years history. Sake breweries in Kyoto and Kobe allow visitors to experience the deep relationship between sake and local water, according to requests form the guests, to try to enjoy sake tasting at the brewery store.
