My name is Hideyuki Okubo, a National Certified Tour Guide (English).
I’m looking forward to meeting with you.

I obtained my National Certified Tour Guide license in 2022 and have been working as a tour guide primarily in Tokyo ever since.
Prior to that, I was involved in special needs education for 42 years. Additionally, when the Boston Higashi School opened, I worked in the United States for five years, gaining experience in an international educational environment.
Furthermore, I have participated as a volunteer in various international events, including the Tokyo Olympics and Paralympics, the World Athletics Championships, and the Deaf Beach Volleyball Championships.

I would like to show around the best of Tokyo, such as local foods, temples and shrines, and unforgettable experiences.
As we anticipate even more visitors to Japan in the future, I am committed to conveying the charm of Japan with sincerity and doing my utmost to ensure that as many visitors as possible feel that “coming to Japan was the right choice.”
