Hakone is one of the best spots for a one-day-trip destination from Tokyo. It is rich in nature and if the sky is clear, the view of Mt. Fuji from Hakone is breathtaking. Hakone also offers hot springs, unique transportations, art museums, history and more! It has been attracting many people for a long time. Among them were Jhon Lenon, Charlie Chaplin and Helen Keller!
Kamakura is one of Japan’s 3 ancient capitals along with Kyoto and Nara developed by Samurai warriors in the 13th century. It offers you beautiful nature; ocean, mountains, bamboos, seasonal flowers, and historical temples and shrines with a Japanese style garden. If you stay in Tokyo for multiple days, this is one of the perfect places to visit as a one day trip from Tokyo!
