I have studied Staten Island, NY and Boston in US for 2 and a half years during the college period and was in Shanghai, China for 1 year and a half years to study Chinese.
As for the working experiences, I worked in Hyatt Regency Fukuoka and Japanese travel agencies.
I have been in the tourism industry more than 15 years.
When I belonged to Japanese travel agencies, I took care of Japanese high-end customers guiding all over the world once a month.
Since after I started my inbound tour career, I have taken care of customers from school trip students to FIT senior citizens.
