How do you do? My name is Chako. I passed the National Licensed Interpreter Guide Examination in English in 2002 and worked for a foreign embassy in Japan for 25 years. I love meeting with people from around the world. It is my honor and great pleasure to be able to introduce my beloved mother country–Japan–and its culture to visitors from abroad. My areas of specialty in guiding are Kanagawa, Tokyo, and Chiba. Please don’t hesitate to let me know where you would like to go and what you would like to see, experience, eat, etc., and I would be more than glad to do my best to meet your needs. I would add that I have been living in the Kamakura area for over 3 decades, so I am very familiar with Kamakura. I am also a member of the Miura Guide Association, so that would love to show you around Misaki Port , Jogashima Island, and Miura Beach areas. I am capable of guiding other areas in Tokyo and Kanagawa. I am looking forward to seeing you!
