My name is Akari, and I work as an English-speaking guide and interpreter.
I lived in the United States for four years, and after returning to Japan I have spent more than four years teaching English and supporting international guests as an interpreter. Since 2022, I have also worked as a medical interpreter on cruise ships, providing clear communication during consultations and assisting guests when medical support is needed.
I am familiar with many regions of Japan. Through my husband’s relocations, I have lived in Tokyo, Kobe, Nagoya, and Hiroshima, gaining local insight into each area. This background allows me to guide travelers with a broad understanding of different regions and their unique characteristics.
