- PM 12:30- 14:00 Kazuemachi and Higashi Chaya District stroll (gold leaf ice cream, Shima tour, Utasu Shrine)
- Travel by bus to Korinbo
- PM 14:30-15:30 Nagamachi Samurai District area stroll, Nomura Family, Takada Family, Ashigaru Museum tour

Title: What Is a Private Day Tour of Kanazawa Like? A Licensed Guide's Report
Body: The guests were a family visiting from North America. They had been to Japan several times before, but it was their first visit to Kanazawa. As it was a fine day at the end of a national holiday period, the city was quite crowded. The tour started from the Hotel, and it was a typical course efficiently covering the main sightseeing spots starting from Kanazawa Castle. I was able to give detailed explanations at each sightseeing spot at a relaxed pace. Although the plan was to finish in the Nagamachi Samurai District area after running slightly over time, the guests seemed to become even more interested, so in the end I guided them all the way to the front of Oyama Shrine before concluding the tour. A notable stop on the tour was Kanazawa Castle. Kanazawa Castle was the seat of the powerful Maeda clan, who ruled the region during the Edo period. Known for its distinctive white lead roof tiles and impressive stone walls, the castle grounds feature beautifully reconstructed turrets and gates. Adjacent to the castle lies Kenrokuen, considered one of the three most beautiful landscape gardens in Japan, making the area a highlight of any visit to Kanazawa.

Yoshi is an exceptional guide where he took us to the best market stalls at the fish market where every food we indulged in (including the sea snails and eel liver) were superb. The walking tour of the tea houses (Geisha district) and knowledge of the history of both the precinct and greater Japan was first class. Yoshi is also a kind and caring person and made conversation very easy, including when we wanted to dig into the country’s cultural values and lifestyle

YOSHI met us at our hotel and was very friendly and helpful. We walked around the city and he took us to view several different spots including samurai living quarters, geisha houses, the beautiful garden built by Maeda san. Yoshi was knowledgeable about the entire city and it’s treasured history. He inspired me to do some reading on Maeda san, a leader who played a huge part in the development of the city. Yoshi was an excellent guide, and even provided a LOT of recommendations and useful information for after our tour. We would definitely recommend YOSHI san! Note: you will need a IC card to board some of the city buses.

We had a fab tour with Yoshi our guide, we visited the tea district then the gardens and castle which were my favourite. Yoshi was very informative , explaining the history and mechanisms of the castle was built and the water system. He was also very helpful with explaining the bus service.
