Title: What's a Private First-Day Tour of Tokyo Like? A Licensed Guide's Report on Hamarikyu, Tsukiji, Ginza, and Azabudai Hills

Body: The guests were a group visiting from Europe, and this was their first day in Japan. The travel agency had arranged for part of the costs to be covered on their behalf to ensure things went smoothly, and after discussion it was decided that the agency would cover the water, the Hamarikyu admission fees, and the matcha and sweets at the tea house on the island, with the guide paying in advance for reimbursement. The travel agency had also prepared a pre-loaded transportation card (for some reason a Fukuoka version). When we met, I let them know that the temperature was high, so they went back to their room to fetch hats. Hamarikyu was quiet, perhaps because of the heat, but the tea house was doing brisk business. One of the guests seemed interested in Japanese history, so I talked about the Edo and Meiji periods. Another guest remarked on how reasonable prices are in Japan and how clean the streets were. At Tsukiji they enjoyed tuna. Apparently, shortly before that, someone at Tsukiji had been taken away with heatstroke. The guests had not slept well the night before and seemed a little tired, so I was concerned, but by being careful with hydration and staying in the shade, they got through the day without any trouble. Since we had a little extra time, after discussion we stopped by Ginza and walked along a few streets. I was to take them to teamLab Borderless, and since the tour ended at 2:00 and their teamLab reservation was at 3:00, they said they wanted to have lunch, so I guided them to an area with a row of restaurants inside Azabudai Hills and we parted ways there.
