What's a Private One-Day Osaka Tour Like? A Licensed Guide's Report on Osaka Castle, Kuromon Market, and Dotonbori
Today's guests were a group visiting from North America. They had already visited Tokyo, Hakone, Hiroshima, and Kyoto, with Osaka being their final stop. Osaka Castle was not very crowded, so we were able to see it at a relatively relaxed pace. One of the guests showed great interest in the exhibits. After that, we went to Kuromon Market and Dotonbori. They mentioned that they had also made a reservation for a river cruise the following evening, and they seemed very intrigued by it. Although we had changed the start time, they mentioned that they had not yet had lunch and expressed a wish to have a late lunch, so we ended the tour a little early, but I believe they enjoyed themselves.

We spent half a day with Kaeko Tanigawa taking us to Daitoku-ji and Kinkaku-ji temples and Nijo castle in Kyoto. She is very nice, customer-oriented and knowledgeable about Japanese culture and history.

Kaeko Tanigawa was fantastic at helping us create a tour that worked for our family with two young children. It was a very hot day, but the air conditioned van was perfect. We loved making ramen together, feeding monkeys, and seeing a few top sites of Kyoto.

Kaeko was absolutely amazing from start to finish, and my husband and I had the best time with her during our honeymoon in Kyoto in April!
