Title: What Is a Private One-Day Kyoto Tour Like? A Licensed Guide's Report from Fushimi Inari to Arashiyama

Body: I guided a group visiting from North America on a private one-day Kyoto tour. It was their first time in Japan, and they had arrived in Kyoto from Tokyo the day before, so they were not very familiar with Kyoto. They were interested in Japanese culture and history and listened attentively to my explanations. They viewed Fushimi Inari, Nijo Castle, and Kinkaku-ji with great interest, and at Arashiyama they relaxed while gazing at the Katsura River from the Togetsukyo Bridge. However, the temperature in Kyoto that day was extremely high, and since it was an 8-hour tour, the guests seemed tired. After Kinkaku-ji, we had planned to stroll around the Gion area before dropping them off at the Hotel, but as one of the guests appeared tired and wished to rest at the Hotel, we ended the tour at around 15:00.
