Title: What Is a Private Day Tour of Kyoto Like? A Licensed Guide's Report on Fushimi Inari, Nijo Castle, and Arashiyama

The guests were a group visiting from North America. It was a Sunday, so the roads were congested, and because some tickets were lost, we ran short on time and ended up skipping Kinkaku-ji. Fushimi Inari Taisha was extremely crowded, which unexpectedly took up a lot of time, and at Nijo Castle some of the guests lost their tickets, so it took a while to get in. As a result, we skipped the Japanese garden. We had lunch at a family restaurant, but the food took a long time to arrive, which left us with even less time, so in the end we went to the bamboo grove and took the shortest route. Some of the guests wanted to be dropped off at Kinkaku-ji, but due to time constraints we dropped them off at Enmachi instead, and took the remaining guests to Nishiki Market, where the tour ended.

It was a shame that we had to skip Kinkaku-ji.
