What's a Private One-Day Kyoto Tour Like for Overseas Guests? A Licensed Guide's Report
The guests were visitors from Europe. We could not get in touch until the day of the tour, so we decided on the destinations after meeting in person. Since they wanted to visit Arashiyama on their own the following day, I suggested Fushimi Inari, Kiyomizu-dera, and Gion. As the weather was hot, I also suggested traveling by taxi to save time. There were a great many school-trip students, so walking was a bit challenging. We took breaks along the way and enjoyed strolling around the Higashiyama area. Since they wanted to have lunch at an okonomiyaki restaurant, I saw them there and concluded the tour.

Kuni-san was an excellent guide and very friendly and knowledgable. Kuni-san greatly assisted with meeting one of our family member medical needs on the day and was very helpful in supporting us and changing the itinerary and assisting our family member.
I would HIGHLY recommend Kuni-san as a guide and this tour defintely met our needs as a group of 4.
