The guests were a group visiting from Europe. One of the guests had previously been to Japan many times, and it was the second visit for another after about ten years. Because of this, they wanted to see hidden gems rather than the standard tourist spots, so we first headed to Gotokuji Temple. During the Golden Week holiday, there was a short line to enter the area where the beckoning cat figures are displayed. Afterwards, we strolled around some charming shops selling cat-themed goods. The guests had also never been to Shinjuku Gyoen, so I guided them there. It happened to be Children's Day, when admission was free. The roses in the French garden were in full bloom, which delighted the guests. Finally, we visited the East Gardens, where they looked with great interest at differences in the stone walls and the carp in the Ninomaru Garden.

We had an amazing experience with our tour guide, Ayaka, in Tokyo. She was incredibly kind, professional, and knowledgeable, making the entire day both enjoyable and informative. Ayaka took the time to understand our preferences and thoughtfully guided us to some of Tokyo’s highlights that suited our interests perfectly.
She also showed us how to navigate the public transportation system, which made the rest of our trip much easier and less stressful. Throughout the tour, she shared personal and family experiences that gave us a deeper understanding of Japanese culture?something we truly appreciated.
Ayaka even took beautiful photos of our family, which was such a thoughtful touch and gave us wonderful memories to take home. We had a fantastic time and couldn’t have asked for a better guide.
