What's a Half-Day Private Kyoto Tour Like? A Licensed Guide's Report
The guests were visitors from Europe. They were staying in Kyoto for their trip and booked a half-day guided tour. They mentioned that they had strolled around Gion the day before, and since Gion was on our route, I explained about it and guided them through the area. As they enjoyed games, I guided them to a Nintendo store, and they decided they wanted to visit it after the tour, so we finished at Kawaramachi. The weather was fine and the temperature was 26 degrees, so while walking around the Kiyomizu area they seemed a little tired, and they enjoyed mitarashi dango and ice cream at a tea house. They were especially fond of the dango.

Kuni-san was an excellent guide and very friendly and knowledgable. Kuni-san greatly assisted with meeting one of our family member medical needs on the day and was very helpful in supporting us and changing the itinerary and assisting our family member.
I would HIGHLY recommend Kuni-san as a guide and this tour defintely met our needs as a group of 4.

Kuni was amazing as our private tour guide! Before the tour, he reached out to ask about the specific itinerary we wanted to do. He took into consideration all of our thoughts. The tour was amazing. He was very informative and it was very special to see all of the sites. Would recommend highly!
