Title: What Is a Private Kyoto Walking Tour Like? A Licensed Guide's Report

Body: The guests came from Europe. They were both calm, cheerful, and gentle in manner, which gave me a very good impression as well. They had stayed in Tokyo and said they were simply exhausted by how crowded it was everywhere. In Kyoto too, there were crowds at every stop, and one of the guests seemed tired. They felt relieved by the quiet of the back streets of Gion. The guests were very fond of taking photographs and enjoyed shooting everywhere we went. Since they wanted to see mochi pounding, I took them to a shop demonstrating and selling freshly pounded mochi along the approach to Kiyomizu-dera Temple, which they were delighted with. Lately I have been receiving requests for less crowded sightseeing spots. I would like to work on putting together a route around the Genkoan area of Takagamine or near Shugakuin.
