Tour Itinerary in Detail
The tour started at 9:00 at hotel and ended at 15:00. The day ran to 6 hours from start to finish.
Over the course of the day the route took in Imperial Palace / Nijubashi Bridge at 9:30, Shinjuku Gyoen National Garden at 10:30, Meiji Shrine at 13:00 and Shibuya Crossing at 14:00.
What's a Private Cherry Blossom Tour of Tokyo Like? A Licensed Guide's Report
The guests were visitors from North America. They said they had come to Tokyo just to see the cherry blossoms, so we focused on places where they could enjoy them, following their wishes.
First we headed to the Imperial Palace and Nijubashi Bridge, where they enjoyed the rows of cherry trees along the moat, and they were also amazed by the natural beauty of the Imperial Palace grounds. As one of the guests was interested in photography, they seemed delighted to find such perfect subjects.
At Shinjuku Gyoen, the recent rainy weather had caused the cherry blossoms to pass their peak and begin turning to leaves, but even so, the overwhelming number of cherry trees moved the guests greatly, and they kept pressing the shutter.
At Meiji Shrine, they were again struck by the natural beauty, and they were very pleased to see a bride and groom during a wedding ceremony. Finally, at the Shibuya crossing, they were amazed by the enormous crowds and delighted by an experience that can only be had there. From a photographer's point of view as well, they said they were completely satisfied with everything.

Highly recommend this tour for first time visit to Tokyo. Our guide Atsushi took great care to acclimate us with navigating through busy train stations efficiently with a group of eight family members. Along the way and at each site he explained various cultural practices and associated histories that made the tour very immersive and enjoyable. Best Tour for a Short Visit
Atsushi-san was an incredibly well-researched and friendly tour guide. His knowledge allowed us to explore and get to the historical significance of the various locations we visited. His explanations were simple but comprehensive. The six hours flew by and included some off-the-beaten opportunities including coffee at a very austere but memorable location near the fish market. I would highly recommend him as well as this tour for anyone with limited time in Tokyo wanting see as much as possible

Our guide, Atsushi, was great! He met us at our hotel in Hakone and took us clockwise to tour all the sites. He was informative and taught us a lot. Our group was two adults and a 14 year old. We saw Mt Fuji from the rope way, but unfortunately the pirate ship was canceled because of high wind. We would absolutely use Atsushi again for this tour, or any other tour he provides.
