The tour started at 9:30 at Meet up and ended at 15:00. The day ran to 5 hours and 30 minutes from start to finish.

What Can You See on a Private Cherry Blossom and Shibuya Tour in Tokyo? A Licensed Guide's Report
The guests were a group visiting from North America. On another tour they had already visited Asakusa, Meiji Shrine, and the Imperial Palace, so this time they wished to see the Shibuya Scramble Crossing and enjoy cherry blossom viewing. The forecast had predicted rain, but we were able to visit Shinjuku Gyoen and Chidorigafuchi before it began to pour heavily. At Shinjuku Gyoen they saw many different varieties of cherry blossoms and were delighted.
I had originally planned to visit Shinjuku Gyoen in the afternoon, but going first thing in the morning turned out to be the right choice.
For lunch, I took the group to Tenichi at Mitsukoshi. Everyone finished their meals right down to dessert.
Afterwards, perhaps feeling a little tired, they returned to their hotel by taxi.

My family had an excellent tour around Tokyo with Rumi as two adults and two older teenagers. Rumi met us at our hotel and dropped us back there afterwards, which was really helpful as we were struggling with Shinjuku station. She was knowledgeable in the fish market and suggested food we might want to try from the best stalls. She showed us a great place for lunch where the kids enjoyed katsu curry. Rumi was very kind at the temple, showing us how to test our luck and providing offerings as well as walking us around the streets to buy souvenirs. She also helped with printing train tickets, checked up on us after an earthquake and sent through photos she had taken, none of which she had to do- she really went above and beyond expectations and made our first day in Japan a day to remember.
