This private tour of Osaka began at 9:30, when the guide met the guests at Hotel Keihan Namba Grande Meet, and finished at 13:30. The day ran to 4 hours from start to finish.

What's a Private One-Day Osaka Tour Like? A Licensed Guide's Report
Today's guests were visitors from North America, on a trip to Japan. They had traveled through Tokyo, Kyoto, and Nara, and today was their final day. Japan has reportedly become a popular travel destination for visitors from that region in recent years. Osaka Castle was somewhat crowded, but not overly so, and the cherry blossoms were just beginning to bloom, which was lovely. We visited Kuromon Market, but as expected, they had already been to Nishiki Market in Kyoto, so we took a quick look around and then headed to Dotonbori. The streets were quite crowded, but when I took them to the Sushiro Nakaza branch, it was not busy at all, and they were delighted that they could eat a lot for a very reasonable price. I believe they enjoyed themselves.

We spent half a day with Kaeko Tanigawa taking us to Daitoku-ji and Kinkaku-ji temples and Nijo castle in Kyoto. She is very nice, customer-oriented and knowledgeable about Japanese culture and history.

Kaeko Tanigawa was fantastic at helping us create a tour that worked for our family with two young children. It was a very hot day, but the air conditioned van was perfect. We loved making ramen together, feeding monkeys, and seeing a few top sites of Kyoto.

Kyoto Private Tour
Kaeko was absolutely amazing from start to finish, and my husband and I had the best time with her during our honeymoon in Kyoto in April!
