What Is a Private Family Cultural Experience Tour in Japan Like? A Licensed Guide's Report

The initial information indicated a certain number of guests, but in reality it was a group visiting Japan. As they primarily wished for content centered around hands-on activities, we ultimately enjoyed traditional craft experiences at three locations within the city. On this tour, perhaps due to the approach of the travel agency acting as an intermediary, it was not possible to discuss the itinerary directly with the guests in advance (I sent the itinerary to the travel agency beforehand and asked them to have the guests review it, but in the end it had not been looked at). For this reason, I discussed the itinerary with the guests first thing in the morning and then began the tour.

In the end it went smoothly, so I was relieved, but I felt it would be ideal to be able to arrange the best possible itinerary in advance while confirming the guests' wishes for the tour.
