Title: What's a Private One-Day Tokyo Tour Like? A Licensed Guide's Report

The guest was a first-time visitor to Japan from North America, planning to stay in Tokyo. At the start, I had planned to guide the standard course, but after seeing how they behaved at the Imperial Palace, I realized they loved photography and wanted to take pictures of Rainbow Bridge, Tokyo Tower, and Tokyo Skytree, so I quickly changed the destinations. They were especially delighted by the view of Zojoji Temple with Tokyo Tower in the background, as well as the scenery featuring the Statue of Liberty, Rainbow Bridge, and Tokyo Tower together. For lunch, the place I had planned was too crowded to enter, so we happened to go into a Chinese restaurant, where the guest loved the gomoku soba so much that they finished every bit, not leaving a single drop of soup. It was a very cold day, but the guest said it was warmer than where they came from, so it was no problem at all. Overall, the guest was very pleased, and I believe it was a satisfying tour.

Hi, I am Nobu, a National Government Licensed Guide Interpreter (English).
I have been an English guide in Tokyo area since January 2017.
Tokyo is a wonderful city, and you may enjoy this city by yourselves.
Even so, I recommend you go around with a guide, especially if it is your first time visit to Tokyo.
A good guide will help you to understand about Tokyo and Japan as well as how to use convenient but complicated public transportations more effectively.
I am glad if I can help you to make your tour more enjoyable.
I am looking forward to meeting you in Tokyo soon!
