What's a Private Day Tour of Tokyo Like, Visiting Asakusa, Shibuya, and Harajuku? A Licensed Guide's Report

Originally, we had planned to visit Tokyo Skytree after Asakusa, but the guests had already been there the previous day, so we decided to go to Nintendo Tokyo in Shibuya instead. The group was visiting Japan for the fourth time from North America. In Asakusa, we enjoyed soft-serve ice cream and strawberry candy along Nakamise, and had fun drawing omikuji fortunes. After that, we went to Nintendo at Parco in Shibuya, but the English version of the Switch 2 was only sold online, which was a little disappointing. The Pokémon Center was very crowded even on a weekday, and since it would have taken about an hour to reach the register, the plan there was given up, and the Switch 2 was ordered online as a reward instead. The guests wanted to eat tempura, so we had lunch at a tempura restaurant in Parco. They said it was delicious. On Takeshita Street, they were delighted to get an item they had been collecting from gashapon machines. They were also happy after buying a bag and a phone case. At first I was a little worried about whether the tour would be enjoyable, but I believe everyone had a good time. The guests were very warm, and I felt they also had good discipline. The weather was very nice as well. The driver picked everyone up smoothly at each location, which was a great help.
