Tour Itinerary
- 10:00 Meet. At customer's request, 10:15 from the bus stop near the hotel, taxi, Hakone, Old Cedar Avenue, Maruyama Bussan, 11:55 from Hakonemachi Port, Pirate Ship 12:35 Togendai, Ropeway, 13:15 Owakudani, Ropeway, by Cable Car 14:25 Gora, by train 14:55 Hakone Open-Air Museum, 15:55 Open-Air Museum, by train 16:25 arrive at Hakone-Yumoto. After explaining how to return to the hotel, disband at 16:35. The customer will have dinner at 808 Monsmare.

The guests were a friendly and cheerful group visiting together. One person had been worried about seasickness, but there was no problem at all. The cedar avenue and Moto-Hakone were places added at the last minute, but they were unexpected experiences that delighted everyone. At the cedar avenue they enjoyed feeling like samurai, and at Moto-Hakone they did a lot of shopping. The black eggs were something they were hearing about for the first time and they were a bit hesitant at first, but after seeing everyone else eating them and trying one themselves, they were surprised by how unexpectedly delicious it was. At the Hakone Open-Air Museum, everyone seemed to be having a wonderful time. Perhaps because they were all quite health-conscious, they walked very fast, and I had to walk hard to keep up and not fall behind. We could not see Mount Fuji, but everyone had such a great time that they forgot all about it.

Hiro-san knows Hakone!
Our guide, Hiro-san, did a wonderful job introducing us to the area of Hakone – leading us on a great tour of several requested destinations. We were lucky to see Mt. Fuji at the top of the ropeway, had a fun ride on a pirate ship on Lake Ashi, enjoyed a fantastic lunch at a local restaurant, and picked up some great souvenirs at a puzzle-box store which have wowed our family and friends. One of the great things that Hiro did throughout the day was to educate and amuse us with numerous pictures, stories, and lessons from his backpack. It felt like Hiro-san was part of our family that day and we can’t imagine having tried to experience Hakone’s great sites without him.

Great Day and Tour
Kamakura was amazing. Enjoyed visiting the beautiful gardens and shrines. Hiro was a great guide. Having him guide us made the day stress free and much more enjoyable. It was interesting learning about Japan and the culture. I would definitely recommend this tour and visiting Kamakura.
