Title: What Is a Private Kyoto Walking Tour of the Eastern Sightseeing Spots Like? A Licensed Guide's Report

Today's guests were a group visiting from Europe. In the region where the guests live, the maple leaves turn red around the end of October, so they had come to Japan expecting the autumn foliage to be at its peak right now. When they learned that Japan's autumn colors reach their best around late November, they were a little disappointed. I offered some comfort by explaining that if you come to Kyoto around late November, everywhere is extremely crowded, so it is actually better to come around this time of year. Today we strolled through the popular spots in the eastern part of Kyoto, and tomorrow they plan to visit the popular Saga-Arashiyama area in the western part of the city.
