What Is a Private Himeji Castle Walking Tour Like? A Licensed Guide's Report
Today's guests were a group visiting Japan for the first time from Asia. After meeting in front of the central ticket gate at Himeji Station, we obtained a Himeji sightseeing guidebook for the guests at the Himeji Tourist Information Center, and then visited the Castle View, Himeji Castle (the Nishi-no-Maru Hyakken Corridor and the Main Keep), the Otemon Chaya, and Koko-en Garden, ending the tour inside Koko-en Garden.
Because the group was large and everyone was very enthusiastic about taking photographs, the tour took longer than planned, but each of the guests explored the sights with great interest and thoroughly enjoyed the tour.

Norio pickup us up ontime & gave a quick overview of our planned activities.
We first visited the Nunobiki ropeway & herb gardens, which was a wonderful experience. He gave us a lot of background information around the history.
We followed that up with a visit to the Sorakuen Japanese Garden, which was a nice serene experience.
Finally we experienced China town & the Motomachi shopping area
I would recommend Norio as a tour guide in Kobe

We had a wonderful time. Norio our guide was very patient with our slow pace group. The Herb garden was spectacular. He allowed us to stop at a local restaurant with authentic Kobe beef which he recommended. Very knowledgeable and gracious.
