What Does a Private One-Day Tour of Tokyo Look Like? A Licensed Guide's Report
Today's guests were visitors from North America. We first visited Asakusa. Unlike usual, the weather today was very cool and pleasant, and the guests were delighted, saying how lucky they were. They enjoyed drawing omikuji fortune slips and buying omamori charms. Next we visited Kiyosumi Garden, where they fully enjoyed a classic Japanese garden. After that we moved to Meiji Shrine, where I explained the meaning of the torii gate bearing the imperial chrysanthemum crest, and they were impressed to learn that it is a shrine of great tradition and prestige. Finally we moved to Shibuya, where I explained why the Shibuya Crossing became so famous. We parted ways at the entrance to Shibuya Sky.

Yuji was an amazing guide. He was able to add so much information about all the sites we chose to see. He was very kind and when we were tired he suggested a stop for coffee. It revived us and we kept going.
I would highly recommend Yuji to any one visiting Tokyo.
