What's a Private Kyoto Garden Tour Like? A Licensed Guide's Report

Today's guests came from Europe. The guests were interested in Japanese gardens and requested to visit the garden of Tenjuan, a sub-temple within Nanzen-ji Temple, so I took them there. Since they were interested in Japanese gardens, I also introduced popular nearby spots such as Okochi Sanso Villa and the gardens of Nanzen-ji Temple, even though these were not on their original wish list. They were very pleased. Although it was a hot day, the guests walked steadily without a single complaint about the heat. As a result, the tour progressed smoothly.
