What Is a Private Cultural Walking Tour of Ueno and Yanaka in Tokyo Like? A Licensed Guide's Report

The guests were visitors from North America who were traveling in Japan to celebrate a graduation. Everyone already had a good level of knowledge about Japanese history and culture, which made explanations easy to give, and their comprehension was very high. That said, it was their first visit to Japan, and they were very surprised by the cleanliness of the city and the good manners of the people. The weather was also lovely, so they thoroughly enjoyed strolling through the fresh spring greenery of Ueno and Yanaka.

This private walking tour was arranged through [Japan Guide Agency (JGA Inc.)](https://www.j-g-a.org/), one of Japan's largest networks of government-licensed, English-speaking private tour guides, serving all 47 prefectures.
