Subject: Apology and Report Regarding Today's Tour

To the office,

Thank you very much for your continued support. This is the guide based in Hiroshima.

Regarding today's tour, I deeply apologize for the considerable inconvenience caused by my insufficient confirmation.

Let me explain what happened.

When I met the guests, I was told, "We are a group of five." At that point I should have confirmed the number of guests, but out of concern that it might cause confusion or discomfort, I set off without doing so. Later, when I looked at a guest's smartphone on the train, it turned out that some of the guests were assigned to another guide. At that point, I immediately reported this to [Japan Guide Agency (JGA Inc.)](https://www.j-g-a.org/).

I apologize that this was my own decision, but taking scheduling and other factors into account, I decided to continue the tour. The tour has just concluded without incident, and the guests appeared to be satisfied.

However, I once again apologize for the considerable inconvenience caused to the other guide and everyone involved. If I have the opportunity to meet the other guide in person, I would like to apologize again directly.

Through this matter, I have keenly realized how much inconvenience my careless judgment can cause to many people. I will work to prevent such an incident from ever happening again.

If there is any penalty or the like, please do not hesitate to let me know. I am truly sorry for this incident.

Thank you very much for your understanding.

Originally, I’m a cycling guide doing cycling tours all over Japan.
But, already done Hiroshima & Miyajima tour more than 400 times.
I traveled many countries in my younger days. I traveled Europe, US, China, India, US, Mexico, Peru Australia, NZ, and so on.
I decided to use this experience to become a guide.
I’m afraid but no tipping required, because cycling guides are not allowed to have tipping in my association. And you do not need to pay for my lunch, because my lunch is prepared by our group.
Please do not hesitate to ask me anything, I’ll change the plan according to your requests.
Thank you for your understanding and please stay connected.
