Title: What Can You See on a Private Full-Day Tokyo Tour? A Licensed Guide's Report on Meiji Shrine, Asakusa, and Yanaka
The guests were visiting Japan from Europe on an extended trip. First, they wanted advice on whether a JR Pass or individually purchased tickets would be best for their upcoming travels, so we went to the ticket office at Shinjuku Station to consult. We decided that purchasing tickets individually would be better, so they bought a Welcome Suica card and also purchased tickets for the Odakyu Romancecar. After that, we strolled through Meiji Shrine and then visited Senso-ji Temple. The guests drew omikuji fortunes and purchased omamori charms. They remarked that the buildings were truly magnificent. We had lunch at Tokiwado in Asakusa. Since the menu included a tofu steak, it worked out well, and the guests said it was delicious. Afterward, we went to Yanaka and explored Tennoji Temple, the grave of Tokugawa Yoshinobu, and Yanaka Ginza. Since the guests were able to return to their hotel on their own, we parted ways at Nippori Station. The weather was lovely, and I believe the guests enjoyed the day.

Mrs. fumiko was very kind, calm and lovely person. She give us a introduction before entering to the different places. Fumiko is a great tour guide – informative, friendly and very well prepared.
Fumiko was a great tour guide given she was very knowledgeable about the key tourist sites that we visited and history of Japan. Fumiko was a great communicator who reached out very early to design our six-hour tour of Tokyo. Unfortunately we spent a lot of time on the underground to get to the sites that we wanted to visit. My advice is to test with Fumiko early the likely time that you will spend on transport over the course of the day so you do not spend unnecessary time on public transport. Probably do ot need a tour guide to go to the markets. Highly recommend Fumiko.
