The guests were visiting Japan for the first time from Oceania and North America, having toured Tokyo and Kyoto before arriving in Osaka. In Osaka, the guests were eager to visit Osaka Castle, and they took many photos of the magnificent scenery of the castle's outer moat, the stone walls, and the turrets. At the castle keep it was quite crowded, with a line forming for the elevator. The weather was clear at the castle keep, offering superb views of the city of Osaka, Osaka Bay, and the Ikoma mountain range, and the guests enjoyed taking photos. During the historical discussion, Japanese words such as shogun, daimyo, emperor, and ninja came up, but their meanings had been completely misunderstood, so I explained them and helped the guests understand. In Shinsekai, the guests learned about the history of Billiken and enjoyed the experience.

We had a wonderful tour around Osaka. Our guide was incredibly knowledgeable and shared lots of interesting information about the places we visited. He was also very friendly and approachable, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The length of the tour was just right for us—especially on such a hot day—and we still managed to find time to take some great photos.
